CRH can buy into Ukrainian firm
(Ukraine) -- CRH has been given the green light by the Ukraine anti-monopoly authority to acquire a 50pc stake in a local company called BudUkrmaterial, which plans to produce and sell crushed stone. The Irish building materials giant received the go-ahead through its existing Ukrainian subsidiary OJSC Podilsky Cement.
