Cemex plans bond roadshow this week and next
(LONDON) - Cemex, the world's No.3 cement maker, will meet with bond investors this week and next about a planned U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark senior unsecured issue, one of the banks managing the sale said on Tuesday.
The roadshow will start in London on Wednesday and Thursday and then move on to the United States later this week and next week, the bank said.
Lead managers for the planned issue, to refinance existing debt, are Citigroup, BBVA, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and Santander, the bank said.
Cemex is rated BB+ by Standard & Poor's and BB by Fitch Ratings.
